Professional Installation Split Wall Air Conditioning 9000, 12000, 18000, 24000 BTU.

  • Exclusive installation for houses and apartments with a balcony with at least 40 cm between the railing and the window.
  • In the room to be air-conditioned there must be a wall measuring at least 97 cm by 45 cm.
  • The distance between the place where you want to install the indoor unit and an electrical outlet must be less than 4 meters
  • The distance between the wall where you want to locate the outdoor unit and the wall of the indoor unit must be less than 4 meters
  • If any of the installation conditions are not met, an attached budget will be generated at the time of installation that contains the necessary additional elements, such as meters of pipe, cables, condensate pump or other.
  • This sale does not consider changes to the existing electrical circuit or increase in electrical power.

CONDITIONS OF THE PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION OF SPLIT WALL AIR CONDITIONING.

INCLUDES:

  • Installation of indoor unit on wall.
  • Installation of the outdoor unit on walls, patios, balconies, terraces or gardens (bases included).
  • Wall drilling up to 30 cm. of thickness. Includes sealing of the perforation (only masonry or light partition).
  • Installation of indoor and outdoor unit drainage, by gravity (up to 3 meters).
  • Electrical installation for the 4 meter indoor unit towards a socket.
  • Installation and connection of the plumbing kit, with thermal insulation and interconnection cord (the meters included in the kit).
  • 4 meters of electrical installation.
  • 2 m of channeling for pipes, drain interconnection cord, without accessories.
  • Only for split wall air conditioning units of 9000, 12,000 and 18,000, 24,000 BTU.
  • Vacuuming pipes, commissioning and training in the use of equipment for the client.
  • Equipment warranty 1 year.
  • Installation guarantee 6 months.

OBSERVATIONS:

  • From the moment our installers arrive at the home for the installation and there is no technical feasibility or the client desists from carrying it out or any other reason, the visit cost of $40,000 with VAT must be charged, which will be deducted from the refund of the money.

  • Any detail not considered in the "includes" paragraph will be made an additional quote to the client.

  • In buildings, there must be authorization to install exposed exterior units or have a terrace.

  • Continuous work of 4 hours must be ensured between Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

NOT INCLUDED:

  • Does not consider removal of existing equipment.

  • Step of beam, chains or slabs (metal, concrete).

  • Condensate pump.

  • No type of civil engineering work (wall chipping, painting, ceramics).

  • Removal of bars, glass and others.

  • Work at height where scaffolding is needed (maximum 3 bodies).

  • Work on special roofs (installation of outdoor unit on tile roofs).

  • It does not include capacity increases of the existing junction, independent electrical circuits, or electrical standardizations of any kind.
