WARRANTY, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICIES

The Iceberg Refrigeration & Ventilation warranty policy, including all products or product lines offered, is valid for two months from the receipt of the product by the customer.

The Guarantee will be valid to cover the repair or exchange of the product in question, in the event that its defect or malfunction has been caused by deficiencies in material, parts, pieces, components or any other failure attributable to manufacturing problems or defects.

Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by an event attributable to the customer, by incorrect installation of the product to the energy network, abuse, accidents that occur after delivery, ignorance and disobedience to the instructions for use or maintenance.

At the time of purchase, the customer understands and accepts that no guarantees of any kind will be made effective without prior diagnosis by our technical service. The minimum time to provide a response is 10 business days from the date of entry to the Technical Service department. If this is the case, the customer must attend, with the product in question, their corresponding proof of purchase (Slip or Invoice), with all its parts and corresponding packaging and in good condition, to our offices located at Francisco Javier Krugger 3096, Buin, Metropolitan Region and submit the product to Technical Service with a Service Order to confirm whether the failure is manufacturing or corresponds to another cause beyond the control of Iceberg Refrigeración & Ventilación.

Expenses or costs of any type (for transfers, time used, etc.) incurred by the customer to make a guarantee effective will be at their own expense, as well as any consequential damages and loss of profits caused while the product is in service. technical.

Iceberg Refrigeration & Ventilation does not offer replacement products while they are under review by Technical Service.

The Iceberg Refrigeration & Ventilation Guarantee Policy refers to the Sixth Section of Article 21 of Law 19,496, so to exercise the rights of Article 20 of the same law, the consumer must make it effective previously.

It should be noted that electronic equipment has a factory warranty that is specified in each product separately, and that the warranty excludes damage caused by an event attributable to the customer, due to incorrect installation of the product to the power grid, mistreatment , due to accidents that occur after delivery, ignorance and disobedience to the instructions for use or maintenance.
